Story
Eliana didn’t come from a military background, but her determination in battle was as strong as any knight. As a result, no one questioned why this peasant girl became the leader of her local militia.
Eliana’s mother died when she was very young. The vestals who lived in the abbey in Laveille treated Eliana as one of their own. Though Eliana was content with helping her father work in the fields, she was always the happiest when Sister Teresa would read her stories from the Book of Light.
